Quiet location but still central. Our small but beautiful house was built this summer and we are already looking forward that we welcome you as a guest from December 2015 respectively.
We offer a spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms on 2 floors and a spacious kitchen.
The district "Gehörde" is located right at the entrance to Sölden. In about 3 minutes walk from the bus stop - where free and all 9 minutes reach the lift, the center or some shopping in winter. Also within walking distance Sölden conveniently a beautifully landscaped walkway in about 15 minutes.
Our apartment invites you to linger over 2 floors and leaves nothing to be desired vacationers. On about 70 m² a perfect stay, nothing stands in the way.
Downstairs the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 ring ceramic hob, refrigerator, various dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle is located in the entrance area and much more. The spacious dining area is supposed to be the central point in your apartment to eat and get- togethers.
Another is on the ground that the first of 3 bedrooms with
shower and toilet.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, each with a shower and toilet. In addition, both bedrooms have a balcony upstairs.
